PAINTER TUTORIALS VOLUME ONE: The purpose of these tutorials is to make it simple for anyone to understand Painter IX software and to easily create a painting from a photograph. My workflow and techniques are a combination of formal software training, many books on Painter and my own designated specific workflow, which makes painting portraits easier than starting from scratch. My techniques are specific to working with photographs, but once they are understood, if you are a natural media artist, original paintings will be easy to paint with Painter.
